Steam is trying to keep us all safe and indoors this summer with a huge sale on PC games! Each day between June24 – July 4 there are different specials. I haven’t bought many games over the last few years and for me there are a lot of tempting buys. I’ve already made a few purchases (my favorite was Birth of America for $1.50!) and will probably grab a few more before it’s all over. Maybe when the dust settles I post a list of what I finally end up with. Happy shopping!

Making History 2 is out and I have my copy. I was going to do a review on it but right now I can’t play the game because of extreme lag issues. I exceed the system requirements but that doesn’t matter. I was able to start a game as Brazil (like I did in Victoria!) and I really think there is a good game in there somewhere. I liked the interface and the graphics looked good. Hopefully another patch or two will resolve the lag problems. Muzzy Lane does seem committed to supporting their products so I have high hopes.

Baseball season is underway so I thought I would add my OOTP 11 team to AAR Central. You can now keep up with the Pensacola Feds! If you haven’t tried OOTP 11 I highly recommend it. It’s the best baseball sim out there right now. Go Feds!
